As our HR Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, you will report directly to the President and play a key role in supporting our drivers, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the administrative systems supporting our fleet run smoothly and efficiently.

As our HR Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, you will report directly to the President and play a key role in supporting our drivers, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the administrative systems supporting our fleet run smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Get:
- $22 - $25/hr, commensurate with experience

Primary duties of the HR Coordinator / Administrative Assistant:
- Welcoming new drivers to the company and onboarding them into all company programs
- Overseeing employee benefit programs
- Enforcing compliance with all drivers' DOT annual requirements
- Managing all insurance claims
- Completing all licensing and titling of trucks and trailers
- Maintaining our Trucking Authority
- Assist in generating Fuel Tax Reporting
Requirements for the HR Coordinator / Administrative Assistant:
- Alignment with our company values
- Ability to communicate well with others both verbally and in writing
- Ability to take direction from leaders
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills and able to properly prioritize tasks
- Able to exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive issues
- 1 Year of previous knowledge of the transportation industry preferred but not required
- Microsoft Excel experience preferred but not required
